باختصار عن مرض النيوكاسل الذى يصيب الدواجن

النيوكاسل أو ND باختصار

الفيروس عبارة عن ::

single-stranded, nonsegmented, enveloped RNA viruses avian paramyxovirus 1

*المرض zoonotic….وبيعمل في الانسان 

mild flu-like symptoms or conjunctivitis (an infection of the eye that is also called pink eye) and/or laryngitis (an irritation and swelling of the voice box and the area around it).

*الفيروس بيتنقل عن طريق

1-exhaled air

2- respiratory discharges

3- feces

4-contaminated water or food

5-mechanical transmission

6-ومنقدرش ننسي الطيور المهاجرة

*الفيروس مقسم علي حسب الضراوة Pathogenicity الي 5 باثوتيب::

1- velogenic Viscerotropic(virulent)

2- velogenic Neurotropic (virulent )

3-mesogenic pneumotropic (moderately virulent)

4-lentogenic pneumotropic (LOW virulent)

5-apathogenic enteric

Symptoms:

1_Respiratory form :nasal discharge coughing sneezing lacrimation swelling of eye

2_Nervous manifestation: torticolis الطائر بيلف رأسه لورا أو بيتحرك فى دائره أو رأسه تحته

3-greenish diarrhea

1_petechial hemorrhages on mucosa of proventriculus

2_cecal tonsils button ulcers

زى ماهو واضح فى الصور وعلى كل الامعاء

3_pin headed necrotic foci on tips of proventriculus gland
